All items are currently shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 . More information on these services and delivery time frames can be found HERE
It is a fully tracked service.
We aim to ship all orders out the same working day if ordered before 3.30 pm . Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day. No post is dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.
If you decide to order your parcel to a business address rather than your residential address then please exercise caution if you're not the only employee. Red hot vaping cannot accept responsibility for items ordered to a business premises that are then signed for and delivered, but not received by you personally.
Please allow time over busy periods such as Christmas when courier services may face delays. We will always try to keep you updated to any expected delays on our main page. Please consider this before ordering.
If nobody was in when we attempted to deliver something to your address. Royal Mail will leave a red 'something for you' card. The card explains why they couldn’t deliver and shows how you can arrange a Redelivery or collect your item.

To find out where your item is being held, please visit royalmail.com/services-near-you or the Royal Mail app. Your item will be held at the location with the title Local Delivery Office. Please note, this may not be your nearest Royal Mail site.
Royal Mail also leave a red card if they have left it with a neighbour, or in your Safe place.
Royal Mail will hold items for 18 days. If they’re not redelivered or collected in that time, they will return them to the sender. In some circumstances return fees may be applied to the refund amount issued.
If your item was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48®, as well as leaving you a 'Something for you' card Royal Mail may also send you an electronic SMS/email notification to let you know your item is ready to collect.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost or not delivered , a replacement can't be sent out until 10 working days have passed . It is at this time we can raise a lost parcel claim with Royal Mail and we can then send a replacement out .
